## What it is

Every realm is procedurally generated from a seed: towns, people, roads and history. Same seed, same realm.

The engine has no quest script; every story on the site came out of the simulation.

Solo is the default. A table of friends joining a hosted realm from a browser is being built; it is not shipping.

## What to call it

Kinbarrow is a fantasy RPG whose world is simulated rather than authored. Towns keep running when the player is not there, and they keep a record of what the player did.

## Assets

- `build-creator.webp` — The character creator.
- `build-play.webp` — A night at the Brined Gull. The journal is what the realm did while you slept.

Those two frames are on the homepage, both captured from the running build. Please use them rather than capturing the game yourself, and link the site.
